Teafly, local visual and performing artist, will emcee the Q+A following Bend Design talks from industry leaders!

Teafly Peterson is a visual and performing artist who has made Bend, Oregon her home for close to 20 years. In that time she has collaborated with various local organizations to bring a variety of engaging arts programming to the community. Some of her work includes a photography project with The Human Dignity Coalition showcasing the queer community of Central Oregon, designing posters and graphics for OutCentral Oregon Pride events, helping to start and develop KPOV, Central Oregon’s community radio station, building 8- foot puppets for The Environmental Center of Bend to help engage children in land stewardship, helping to develop Caldera Arts year round education program bringing artists directly into schools, illustrating many Source covers and  hosting interviews with artists on stage at The Sisters Folk Festival and BendFilm. The only thing she loves more than marking art is talking about it with artists, art lovers and anyone who might listen.
