Charlie Sprinkman, Founder, Everywhere is Queer

This talk shares the story of how and why I started Everywhere Is Queer (EIQ) and how it grew into a global movement. I’ll explore three key principles of design that create better outcomes for our world, showing how thoughtful, intentional design can inspire connection, inclusion, and impact. Above all, this talk will inspire the audience to see that entrepreneurship and innovation don’t always require launching a new business—they can come from thinking bigger about the project you’re on or the role you currently have, using creativity to make meaningful change.

Charlie Sprinkman (he/they) is a community builder, creative strategist, and founder of Everywhere is Queer - a global visibility platform connecting LGBTQ+ individuals and queer-owned businesses through interactive mapping, storytelling, and advocacy. Blending a background in experiential design with grassroots activism, Charlie has reimagined how design can foster inclusivity, belonging, and joy for marginalized communities.

Since launching Everywhere is Queer in 2022, Charlie has grown the platform into a widely recognized movement that champions queer visibility in both digital and physical spaces. Their work bridges design thinking with community empowerment, helping to amplify queer voices and cultivate safe, celebratory environments wherever people gather.
