ABOUT THE EVENT:
Participants worked on creating and developing characters, sculpting settings (or invigorating existing ones), and crafting credible dialogue. Ideal for anyone working in the creative industry, this workshop is well suited to novelists, memoirists, essayists, journalists, bloggers, short story/flash fiction writers, and scriptwriters (film/TV/comics/video games).
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Trevor Dodge is the author of three collections of short fiction, He Always Still Tastes Like Dynamite (Subito 2016), The Laws of Average (Dzanc 2015), and Everyone I Know Lives on Roads (Chiasmus 2006). His most recent work has appeared in The Butter, Hobart, Green Mountains Review, Juked, Gargoyle, Western Humanities Review, Metazen, and Golden Handcuffs Review. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
